I tried to apply it to my case, am starting a business in Montreal, in order to import Extra virgin olive oil from my village in Lebanon, so i did the exercise and here is the massage i should transmit to my ideal clients : 1-Health ( Extra virgin olive oil is low in fat + low acidity ) 2-Satisfaction ( Taste , and smell of the olive oil, in the salad or other food ) 3-Trust ( Directly from the producer to the consumer ) What you think ?
